why its so difficult to contact someone here anyways, I have purchased a PTS course $499 in July27th2019.

I decided to start it awhile ago the problem is the material never shows up! And I did because it was in sale but i found same price However i was busy with school.

The last thing I did I purchased and got the receipt in my email.

what i have to do? i wanna start the course as soon as possible because its end in This july27th2020 because the access is one year i think and thats what my friend told me.

i wanna know step by step what to do after activate my account? still i go to elearnSecurity website they want me to do purchase again while i should have the start material by now.

Check your invoice email. You have to log in via that email, because the course is connected to that email.

At the moment, you are a guest and as a guest you do not have access to PTS. During your payment process, your account was created. LogIn with that email. If you forgot your password, reset it.

You have unlimited access to the material. Most likely you bought the elite version, therefore your voucher is unlimited valid.
