Support response time?

Does anyone know how long eLearnSecurity takes to respond to queries? I have sent 2 emails on 2 different subjects over the past 3 weeks or so, and there has been no response from them, not even an acknowledgement. As a student who has spent months of savings to buy training from eLS, and am planning to purchase another one this month, it's quite disappointing that this is the kind of support received.

I don't know if COVID is playing a role in it or not?  But you can also try reaching them on FB Messenger.  Good luck.

Have the same experience. Should not be a COVID issue because it's mostly a virtual company.

LinkedIn could be an option as well. There, the response time is very quick.

Strange, they usually answer pretty quickly on support@elearnsecurity.com. With quickly I mean within few days. Try to pm the author of the course also here.

They have problems at the moment with the forum for PTS, but I know from Dimitrios that the admins work on it.

-> I think it could be that a lot of people flooded the support, so they have a massive amount of tickets.
