I have sent 2 emails on 2 different subjects over the past 3 weeks or so, and there has been no response from them, not even an acknowledgement. As a student who has spent months of savings to buy training from eLS, and am planning to purchase another one this month, it's quite disappointing that this is the kind of support received. StefanWAustin 309 Report post Posted June 23, 2020 They have problems at the moment with the forum for PTS, but I know from Dimitrios that the admins work on it. -> I think it could be that a lot of people flooded the support, so they have a massive amount of tickets.
