Remote Desktop Screen Resultion too large

Hi, 

is it possible u guys change the eTHPV2's lab's desktop resolution? apparently is 3840x2048 which is really small and I can't even see anything. I can't change the resolution through the RDP.

Please also specify which lab you tried so that we can check (although I never used/configured such a resolution)
