caneacsu 251 Report post Posted March 26, 2015 Hello guys, I have my eyes on ARES course for a while now and I know my itch will only continue to grow if I don't do something about it My fear is that I do not have the necessary pre-requisites . Although I have the fundamentals of programming well understood (or so I think / hope ), I don't have any knowledge of assembly beyond what's necessary to exploit simple buffer overflows. How much assembly is required to start the course and actually understand it ? I would appreciate it if you could point me to some resources that prepare me for this course. Thank you! 2 Share this post Link to post

dr1337mk 4 Report post Posted March 27, 2015 Hi. I have a similar question basically I would like to take ARES but I am also interested in eMAPT so which one I should take first ? Thanks, 2 Share this post Link to post
herman 48 Report post Posted March 28, 2015 @ michal: if both are new to you I think I would choose eMAPT as it has some overlap with infrastructure/web pentesting. ARES seems pretty much Assembly only 2 Share this post Link to post
