Issues with certification EJPT

I have some problems in the process of carrying out the certification, since no matter how much I search and do what is necessary, the other networks or network segments where the other machines and the web page are not displayed to finish answering the exam questions, For the same reason, I would like a review of the same process to verify if it is an error on my machine or on the exam to solve this problem before the exam ends, because to answer the questions I need to be on the other network that does not appear on none of the machines that I have compromised and there are two Linux machines that only have the ntp service running because I have not been able to do anything to those machines despite the fact that I perform the routing table and portfwd and everything necessary.
