Guest Leandro Report post Posted December 11, 2022 I have always used a nickname on all course platforms. So, out of habit, I ended up leaving my name like this here too. However, today when I finished the eJPT exam, I came across the message stating how my name would look on the certificate. I didn't click to download the PDF and promptly emailed support. Although my name is correct in my Caendra account, when i came to the point of generating the certificate, my name was false. It showed my google/fb account, so i didnt generated. I emailed the support@elearnsecurity and opened a ticket, but i have a bad feeling because today i opened my account again, and it doesn't show the message of generating cert, only a download link.
