Help needed - cert voucher binded to my Google Pay address

I'm hoping someone can help me or went through a similar issue. When I went to purchase my exam voucher, I used Google Pay to purchase it, but then the system used the gmail address I use for Google Pay and not my normal email that I have already been using for my login, training, and resources. It also just went ahead and created an account for that email which is otherwise blank except for showing that I have an exam loaded there. Is there any way I can get that fixed? Or does anyone know the best contact for that?
