Payment Sent/ Exam not received

Hello Community.
i've added the ejpt voucher to cart and successfully paid the order.
I entered all my information (but i wasn't logged in to esecurity yet) so i was basically checking out as a guest.
however. i have received their confirmation message along with my order ID but i have not received any exam or course nowhere. even when i registered to esecurity using same email i paid with
is there any live support or billing support i can reach out to?

Same issue happened to me, i emailed them as well but its been 3 days INE didn't reply to the email, any way to contact them?

I have had a similar issue.
Its strange to me as there seems to be 3 different accounts:
elearnsecurity.com
caendra.com
my.ine.com

For me I have got access to each account, along side emails containing order details. I am also about to do the training on ine.com but doesn't seem to have options to use my on machine for labs like elearnsecurity.com is meant to.

Keep us updated with your outcome.  I am assuming something manually has to be done their end as the caendra.com website was down for some time.

Exact same thing happened to me. There seem to be 3 different accounts:

1. INE - training material

2. eLearnSecurity - which is used for the exam, exam payment made, however does not reflect anywhere

3. Caendra - not sure what this account is used for, only to confirm that I paid for an exam?

This is REALLY confusing to say the least..

For everyone in here that is still waiting, I received an e-mail from support. They fixed it and they told me that they're very busy with all the inquiries right now.
Just finished the labs, was fun! Good luck guys
