I entered all my information (but i wasn't logged in to esecurity yet) so i was basically checking out as a guest. however. i have received their confirmation message along with my order ID but i have not received any exam or course nowhere. even when i registered to esecurity using same email i paid with is there any live support or billing support i can reach out to? thanks in advance Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Its strange to me as there seems to be 3 different accounts: elearnsecurity.com caendra.com my.ine.com For me I have got access to each account, along side emails containing order details. I am also about to do the training on ine.com but doesn't seem to have options to use my on machine for labs like elearnsecurity.com is meant to. Keep us updated with your outcome. INE - training material 2. eLearnSecurity - which is used for the exam, exam payment made, however does not reflect anywhere 3.
