I Can't start the eWPT exam after reset

I am currently taking the eWPT exam and I just reset the lab. 
I'm trying to start the lab again and I get this alert 

"Only one virtual lab can be running at a time. Before starting a new one, please shut down the following lab: eWPT Exam Scenario of eWPT."

and the lab doesn't start 
I need help, please
