eJPT Exam Access

I purchased the eJPT exam certificate about 1 - 1.5 weeks ago and received a billing email with my order number. When I registered my account on elearnsecurity, nothing shows up under the exam tab.

Any idea on what's up?

 

***UPDATE***

I reached out to support. They were able to add the voucher to my account. Took about 1 business day.

Yeah it was weird i tried to link my existing INE account (which i though you could do) to eLearn and nothing shows up! thanks for the update

Hi, Same problem here I've purchased the voucher but there is nothing under the exam tab is your issue resolved if yes can you please tell me how can I resolve it?
