I can’t access the exam lab

I'm currently taking my eJPT exam, and I just reset the lab

then, when I'm starting again, this error appears," Only one virtual lab can be running at a time. Before starting a new one, please shut down the following lab: eJPT Exam Scenario of eJPT. " and no other labs are open. Why I can't get access to the lab??

I send a few mail to support@elearnsecurity.com but we not in a business day so nobody answer me still. I can not join waptx exam lab for a day. I think we can not do anything except waiting. I hope they fix this systemic error and they will add to the time we lost.

When I took the eCMAP exam last week this happened to me too. Just wait for a couple of minutes and you should be able to start the lab again. I used to spam the start button until it worked.

what a lack of respect with the client, there is no support chat or mail established during the exam guide, and the errors are from the beginning with the VPN, today 05/11/2022 I started the ewptx exam and the vpn does not access

I am also unable to access my eCPPtv2 exam lab.... Please reset the lab as soon as possible.

there should be a live chat room or support email to resolve lab availability issues for candidates.

Yes, the same for me. I restarted the lab because It was running too slow and got the same issue. I waited maybe 15 minutes and then It worked fine.

I got the same problem, i wait more than 30 minutes and the scenario not running, anyone knows how can solve it?

Would be great to have this resolved. I'm taking the eWPT exam now, and I've been able to reset the environment before without running into this same issue. It's not the case now. I've tried a new browser, refreshing and relogging into the site, nothing is working.
