hello, i've just received a successful billing email but it's written that there is no exam associated with my account.

Strange! Were you billed by INE or elearnsecurity?

If Elearn then you may be outta luck or try emailing INE to see if they will honor it.

Same issue. @amruthaseshadri and @jourialharbi how did you get the issue resolved?

 

***UPDATE***

I was able to get support to add the voucher to my account. Took about 1 business day.

So the same thing has happened to me. I have emailed eLearn, and am waiting for a response. The annoying thing is I can't find any documentation on this. Also, the ine website with instructions, is not available. Very frustrating! I need to be focusing on the exam, not how to book it.
