Bazlar 1 Report post Posted April 15, 2021 Having signed into elearn security and paid for the ejpt exam voucher, getting an email of the invoice as well. I have signed into elearn security and looked for the voucher under the exams tab on my profile and there is no voucher added. Nor is the exam voucher on any of the other tabs. Where should our exam voucher be? Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how do we best resolve this issue? Bazlar 1 Report post Posted May 30, 2021 Hi all, Sorry for the late reply, how i solved this was by emailing support@elearnsecurity.com and they sorted the voucher issue out for me immediately. Once they emailed back i checked the exams tab and my voucher was there. Bare in mind if you do this over the weekend will probably have to wait for monday to roll around.
