Elearning portal-No confirmation email

I recently bought a EJPT exam voucher and received the invoice in my email.

When I try to create an account on elearning website it says that I will receive a confirmation email, however I never received one.

Already checked my spam/junk folder but nothing!

So far I paid for the exam voucher but I can not have access to elearning portal to take the exam.

 

Any suggestions?

Same here. In the middle of my eCTHPv2 exam too :(

I contacted their team on Facebook, but not sure when I'll hear back.

Try pinging the support staff on this forum ..... I spoke to one more student, its seems he is also facing the same issue .. When did you purchase your course .. before the launch of INE Or after ?

I got the same issue. In the middle of my eCPPTv2 exam.

Has anyone tried to contact support over the phone already about this?

When you are doing your exam isn't there another support team which you can contact, as you are on a schedule? I think they have a team on standby for issues during exam.

Well how can I contact them? I have tried to contact them over all possible media, but I can't get anyone to reply. Even calling them goes through voicemail. I left a message as "urgent" but still nothing.

Did You try twitter ..?? Are they aware of the problem ?

I tried facebook, mail, phone, forum, direct message but not a single reply from anyone from elearnsecurity so far...

I just purchased the eJPT voucher and tried to logon. I am getting the 500 internal server error as well.
