I have contacted the support team and they responded with "We are actively working to resolve this problem" but still my name has not been changed yet. arvandy.vandy 1 Report post Posted January 21 Congratz! Guess nothing you can do except wait. I have the similar issue, in my case I want to change my name on the certificate to only consist of 1 word (Only the first name, since I don't have last name). It's been weeks and I sent a lot of email asking for update but no solution till now, wondering no one ever request this kind of changes before. StefanWAustin 321 Report post Posted January 22 If you ask the support before you create the cert, it should not be a problem... You get a warning and you have to check the right name. Let us say you clicked on "create certificate" I do not think you can change the name unless it is a bug and a wrong name was not your fault. eLS uses a ticket system. This means if you write an email you mail is in an line with others. If you write the next email without a response, you start again from the beginning.
